“Workshop in a Box’: Governance

This resource forms part of the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) ‘Workshops in a Box’ series which contains presentation materials that inform and educate on the voluntary GFANZ Net-zero Transition Plan (NZTP) framework. The presentations contain the information needed for trainers to hold workshops with minimal preparation and can be held independently of each other. This specific workshop/training material covers the ‘Governance’ theme of the Net-zero Transition Plan (NZTP) framework. The Governance theme focuses on the internal structures that oversee and support the implementation of the transition plan. This theme looks at the rationale for adapting governance structures as part of a NZTP and the associated recommendations and guidance on roles, responsibilities, and remuneration as well as the skills and culture-changes that may be required for the implementation of a NZTP. This theme also considers the underlying governance processes that can support the NZTP.
